I'd like to make a 5 minute movie this weekend. Why not this weekend? I'm want to do the pool-monster story since it's short, simple, and delivers a few quality shocks. Who wants to help? I bet we could do it in 1 night

What a busy last two weeks, weddings, SXSW, my own shows, and my love affair with music and wine. Go look at the shows I attended in the previous post! Behind Cut!

Some weirdness - my Mom dug up a book on one of our ancestors, names Watt Tyler. Very relevent to me as an American, he led the 1st English peasant rebellion against the goverment of England in the 1300s. I have a lot of thoughts on that war and things I've learned on freedom. What's odd is that the book is called "When Adam delved and Eve span" which surpised me. My story I'm telling here is true story of Adam & Eve.

"When Adam delved and Eve span" is some sort of song lyric, apparently

So tired, with a new job and running around and SXSW and my friend is getting married in Dallas I WILL HAVE A NEW PAGE! :D Sunday Sunday Sunday

I got a really big SXSW high

and definitely didn't want it to go. Tomorrow I have a gig at a bar called Jiggers in San Antonio which is supposedly a rat-hole. Yay! lol I saw Metallica! easily, easily the world's greatest performing rock band. And man, did they ever rock it. Austin, TX Rules!

And with my badge, people just waved me in to the concert, and I got killer seating. Later we saw some great groups at Beauty Bar. During SXSW I've learned that the stage in the parking lot behind beauty bar is a guaranteed great place to see bands I like, the last 2 years. Whenever I don't know what to do I go there. All through out this week I saw so many cool acts, like Peter Murphy (former singer of Bauhaus), Wallpaper and Ebony Bones. Later, I'm going to try to link all the good bands to their myspace's here. Friday night at Beauty Bar someone stole a bottle of vodka from the bar and we were all chugging it in the crowd. Nice

Elysium was a great venue to work, I was right when I chose it.

Nobody I saw would of blown me off stage, I come out of this festival with a chip on my shoulder. I should be rocking these stages.

Dat 4 page 9

Hey, this was an interesting page to draw because I hadn't imagined I'd show the generation of this character when I originally scripted it, but it made sense as I was drawing it. I did violate one of my new tenets though, and have 14 frames on this page. I was wanting to keep it around 6~9, but this sequence of events made the most sense.
